DRAGSTRIP INFORMATION:
Lonestar is an IHRA sanctioned dragstrip and is in the IHRA Division 4 region.
Track Length: 1/4 mile with 2,100 ft. of shutdown area and 3 turn offs.
Track Prep: LONESTAR has long held a reputation for being a track that has exceptional traction. We take pride in consistently giving our racers the best possible track preperation!
LONESTAR is available for rental to private individuals and race teams as well as car clubs and to promoters of special events. Please call us for more details at 979-885-1300.


FACILITY INFORMATION:
Lonestar operates on 143 acres which is located on Interstate 10 just west of Houston, Texas.
Lonestar has grandstand seating for 1200 people.
Lonestar has a concession stand with an enclosed and air conditioned eating area.
Lonestar sells racing fuel including: 109 unleaded, 110 leaded, C-16 and methanol.
Lonestar has men's and women's restrooms as well as some portacans.


OUR MISSION IS:
To provide car guys and girls, racers and race fans with a great place to enjoy car stuff.
To provide a friendly, family-like environment to all who visit Lonestar.
To help teach and encourage safe and skilled driving techniques to young drivers ages 15 - 25. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says that car crashes are the No. 1 killer of U.S. teens. Every day, 21 teens die and 1,500 more are injured in car crashes. At LONESTAR we plan to begin a revolution in the way young people drive.
